oversized mattress products.

The Matramax System T180 is a complete mattress closing system.

Incorporating the traditionally accepted tape edging method and combining it
with an integrated turning and handling facility. This allows users of the T180

The T180 Conveyorized Turner ensures that products are returned to the operator
in a controlled method minimizing disturbance of fillings during the turning
operation.

The T180’s most outstanding feature is the wide range of mattress sizes and
construction methods the system can handle, for example mattresses in excess of
2 meters square, 22" deep mattresses, multi count units, pocket units and
latex products; a claim which no other tape edge manufacture can make.
