YK-268-HC - Flat Type Heating & Cooling Toe Upper Formming Machine

Applicable for any toe-puff material, especially suitable for thermoplastic
material.

Apply pressure on outer mould to allow a shaping result of shoe upper.

Shoe upper positioning board device to allow more accurate and convenient
placing of shoe upper. The operation is thus made easier and more accurate.

After shoe last is pre-shaped, insole sewing can be adjusted more accurately so
that shoe upper doesnt get off the center.

High accuracy of the center shoe line to allow insertion of last and lasting
work more easily, so that there is less waste and production volume can be
increased.

Special shoe last mould positioning method to make moulds changing easier and
more convenient.

Mould is heated with vapor equipment to make shoe upper more elastic and shining
during the heating process.
