Overflow Dyeing Machine

USAGE: These machines are used for dyeing, bleaching and washing of the rope
shaped knitting and textile products with their 1/5-1/6 flotation ratio, 98°C
operating temperature under atmospheric pressure. Possesses an ideal structure
for the dyeing of cotton, woollen, orlon, towel and fabrics of their mixture.

CAPACITY: 5 kg sample dyeing laboratory machine. They can be manufactured for
small parties of 5 kg and of 50 kg as well as for larger parties from 150 kg to
900 kg in various ranges. Each compartment of machines from 50 kg and up takes
150 kg dry fabric. (Ideal for the dyeing of fabrics up to 125 gr/m).

DRIVE and SPEED: The problems faced up till now have been avoided by
utilizing a different type of AC motor speed control device. Operating speed is
45 m/min at the minimum and 300 m/min at the maximum.

EQUIPMENT USED: The machines are all made of AISI 316 L/(W NR 1.4404) or AISI
316 (W NR 1.4401) quality stainless steel. As they are exposed to acid and basic
elements during operating processes, the material selection is done accordingly.

MACHINE STRUCTURE: Production sensitivity of the machines. Addition of (PTFE)
Teflon film plates avoided issues like the buffeting of the fabric and its being
exposed to tension forces during flow. A plaiting system is incorporated also as
to avoid node problems in the fabric. Damaging of the metal gasket, that is the
leak-proof element, is prevented by taking the circulation pump into operation
without flotation, during the winding of the fabric on to the main drive
tumbler. The machines possess completely leak-proof and pneumatically controlled
discharge and transfer valves. Productivity of the machine is increased with its
fibre trimming system preventing the waist fabric fibres clogging the
circulation system and with its homogenous exchanger system with an
easy-to-clean and to-use special type filter.

CONTROL SYSTEM: 2 individual systems exist;

1) Semi-automatic system : By means of a semi-automatic electronic programmer
unit, it can perform time balanced heating and cooling works, operator warning
works and dyeing works.

2) Full automatic system : Performs all works like production per preferences,
automatic water feed, transfer, heating and cooling, graphical and linear
dosage, operator warning, and all 3500 type electronic functions within a fed in
electronic program. Possesses a level meter gauge in litres and has a specific
property as to be connectable to the automatic dyeing shop any time.
