HT Polyester Dyeing Machine

Being a pressure and high temperature overflow machine it is ideal for
dyeing of fabrics of rope shape knitting, of textiles and of natural and
synthetic mixtures. It is especially the best solution for dyeing of cotton,
lycra and polyester cotton fabrics. Because of the section of the interior part
of the main body it does not allow the fabric being folded, knotted and such
other problems while the fabric advances. It secures that the fabric receives a
stretch and fold free process. 03 C - HT is manufactured in various versions. It
houses 1 to 6 compartments and each compartment has a loading capacity of 150
kg. It is possible to go up to 1.800 kg with 6+6 compartments in the combined
versions. 03 C -HT comes together with such equipment like filter, dosage pump,
level gauge, dosage tank, etc. It is microprocessor controlled to secure a
repeated dyeing quality.

pneumatic safety valve.

Machine Level: One level gauge on the body. Filter: Used to filter the fibres. A
pump safety system to facilitate pump suction and top water level is adjusted by
a programmer. Platform: The machine platform is also manufactured of stainless
steel.
