MAGICA - Sueding-Brushing Machine

MAGICA is a UNIVERSAL MACHINE planned and manufactured to obtain with a mix
between different grains of abrasive bands and brushes the complete range of
sueding and brushing effects.



"SINGLE ROLL EFFECT"

Thick and low nap. Obtainable until now with a sueding roller working by contact

"EFFETTO TRADIZIONALE"

Less thick and high nap according to the grain of the abrasive on the sueding
rollers or to the grain of the abrasive brushes.

"NO PILE EFFECT"

Very thick nap almost non-existent. Obtainable until now with very thin grains
abrasive brushes.

"MAGICA" can be equipped with 4 sueding rollers on which can be
applied different types of abrasive bands or with 4 abrasive brushes or with a
combination of brushes and rollers all with a diameter of 315 mm.

The sueding rollers in carbon composite fibre rotate at a variable speed up
to 1.800 rpm and have a system of quick blocking. The speed of each roller or
brush is independently handled and controlled by inverters.

Fabric processing happens with two points of contact and can be done
simultaneously on the front and on the back of the fabric according to the type
of pass and of equipment.

Fabric tensioning is adjusted by load cells while the handling, control and
self-diagnosis of the machine is made by means of a PLC which lets to store all
the processing parameters and data and by an operator board with touch-screen
which allows the quick display of the stored values and the control of the
alarms.

The suction device, inside the machine, is transversal. This means that the
air is sucked up from one side of the machine and is collected in the other to
be later conveyed trough an electric fan to the filtering battery or to another
system. This suction device assures a perfect cleaning of the fabric and of the
machine itself, in addition to cool processing, hardly obtainable with other
arrangements.

POINTS OF STRENGHT OF OUR SUEDING-BRUSHING MACHINE "MAGICA"

1. VERSATILITY

Can be applied sueding rollers and/or abrasive brushes and is possible to work
simultaneously on the front and on the back of fabric with two points of
contact.

2. PRODUCTIVITY

Considering the high rotation speeds of the sueding rollers and/or of the
brushes the quantity produced are considerable and fabric weakening is almost
inexistent.

3. INNOVATION

Is the only machine of this type to be equipped with sueding rollers in carbon
composite fibre, besides the most modern technologies (inverter, load cells, PLC
and operator board with touch-screen).

4. PRACTICALNESS

Brush grinding is made directly on the machine.
