BAYALTON ACD & pH-SS - Automatic Chemical Dosing & pH Stabilizing
System

It is an ideal automatic feeding system. Like BAYALTON WE-1815 / 1511 /
1395, ALTON H-1023 and W-1814 for washing, dyeing and stonewashing machines,
where enzymes are chemicals are used in accordance formulas in which time and
amounts are indicated and for each step of the formula where pH value is
indicated and provided with enough acids and bases automatically to easing drum.

The system consists of 8 dosing pumps and 10 lt capacity chemical chutes for
which viscosity rates, acidic specifications and particular densities of enzymes
and chemicals are taken into consideration. Different numbers and capacities can
be produced according to the needs. The system has a separate chassis, piping
and electrical panel and installation.

This modern system has been developed and successfully applied in Turkey first
time by BAYALTON MACHINERY.
