HT Jumbo Jet-flow is designed and manufactured with the latest high
technology for dyeing any kind of fabric made of natural, synthetic and their
blends such as
100 % : CO, PES, PA, PAN, WO, Linen, Rayon, Polynosic.
Blend of : PES/CO, CO/Lycra, PES/PAN, CO/WO, PES/WO, PAN/CO and other blends
Modern Fibers : Lyocell, Cupro, Tencel, PES and PA Microfibers, Lycra, Spandex,
Supplex, Tactel, Cordura, Micromtique, Tencel Coolmatex.
DMS 11 JUMBO JETFLOW (RDS) presents the latest technical achievement on dyeing
both knitted and woven fabrics to produce high quality level materials at a
compatible cost.
Special Features :
- Special J-Box models, which provides a non-tangle effect. It makes possible to
design the Chamber capacities of: 100 – 125 – 150 – 175 Kg. According to
the customers requirements.
- Hot Drain, draining of bath even at 135 ºC .
- RMC, Automatic machine cleaning system.
- Fabric speed up to 400 m/min. More contact time, more levelness in dye
process.
- Easy Operating/Fast Maintenance , because of compact design.
- Large Inspection port, no platform necessary, easy to handle, easy for
loading, unloading and sampling.
- Low Track, make possible to run high speed devoid of any fabrics friction
- Perfect dyeing quality because of assuring more penetration in Dual Nozzle
system and opening the fibers more efficiently with the new designed Fabric
Carrier Pipe after the nozzle.
- Gentle/Care application, for special surface construction even heavy towel up
to 1000 g/m.
- Big Heat Exchanger, heating up to 7 ºC / min.
- Ecology, Low liquor ratio, high exhaust rate, less residual dye stuffs &
Chemicals in wastewater are big advantage to achieve environmentally and
ecologically commitments .
JUMBO JETFLOW is able to process fabrics in the range from 100 g/m up to 1000
g/m in weight.
Machine is available in various capacities starting from 25 Kg up to 1500 Kg on
both high and low temperature design.
Machines body and all wetted parts made of highly corrosion resisted stainless
steel AISI 316 L, in accordance with American ASME, European norm (EU) and TUV
Germany.
