DMS 07 - Centrifuge Hydroextractor

The machine is suitable for centrifuging many different kinds of tubular and
open width fabrics. Fabric is placed in the basket properly by means of a double
rotation winch with reducer.

The lid is closed automatically after loading the fabric inside the machine and
centrifuging process is completed over a desired period (0-30 min). After the
time is over, machine makes an automatic breaking. The lid can only be opened
once the machine has fully stopped. An alarm indicates the end of the process.
Unloading process is again performed by means of double rotation winch with
reducer.

Machine is equipped with special bearings which are suitable for vertical
vibration.

In case there is a balance on the basket due to wrong loading, machine stops
immediately and the operator will be warned by means of the siren system.
