Model : NL·SF6 -Last finishing constant accuracy for three pairs of lasts The Numerically Controlled Finishing Line proposed by Newlast includes two models: NL·SF6 finishing of three pairs of lasts. The Numerically Controlled Finishing operation offers many advantages: Use of the digitised .MOD™ file, without using physical models. High accuracy in grading and absolute repetition of measurements for a long period of time No limits to the size development: the whole mechanical stroke can be exploited. Very high machining speed and high productivity. The product line of Finishing machines is also equipped with the new powerful EASYLAST2001™ Numerical Control, operating in Windows environment, which can also be easily used by not experienced users. While the machine is working, it is possible to process the developing of the next sizes to work. The new automatic double milling function allows the stopping of milling nearby the toe-supports in order to avoid the weakening of the toe area. The machining programmers for this machine are generated by: NL·DGT Digitizer EASYLAST3D CAD/CAM or any other CAD available on the market. The Finishing machine NL·SF6, as all the Newlast machines, is prepared for the Ethernet network connection, both with other Newlast machines and with workstation/server.
