Model : FA008 - Reciprocating Bale Plucker



Application :


The machine, positioned at the first of the blow room line, is an automatic bale plucker suitable for plucking cotton of various grades and man-made fiber within 76mm staple length. With an intellectualized carriage, two types of cotton can be precisely plucked separately. The plucked tufts are sucked into the next machine by air current through a transport duct for further treatment in the next machine.



Main Features :

1. Bales are positioned on both sides of the carriage and the plucking beater can rotate for 180‹ automatically,

2. Interlocking screw rod utilized to raise & lower the plucker beater enabling a more accurate & stable control. Lifting accuracy can be controlled within 0.1`0.5mm.

3. Plucking beater can automatically adjust the quantity of cotton plucked according to the height and density of the bales.,

4. Photoelectric sensor equipped for automatic bale height measurement and plucker head
leveling.

5. Fully integrated control with PLC and touch screen control for convenient data setting and automatic display of failures.

6. Proximity safety protection and stop motion for safety of the operator and the machine.

7. Automatic memory of different bale heights by programming in the computer makes it possible to run either one or two blow room lines.

8. Some of key parts are imported e.g. beater bearing, carriage motor, raising motor and PLC etc.

9. Rolling cover-belt can ensure stable under pressure in the air-duct.

10. No motor drive required for calendar rollers
