Continuous pad dyeing machine

Padding machine

In the padding of cotton, linen, polyester, viscose, polyester/ acrylic fiber and medium length fiber fabrics, vat dyes are employed as the suspended substances and dye impregnating liquor and Naphthol as drying. 



Drying machine

Applicable to the hot-temperature color fixing of polyester cotton fabrics with disperse dyes and the high-temperature drying of cotton and polyester cotton textiles during their resin treatment.



Hot-melting dyeing machine

Applicable to the continuous hot-temperate dyeing of cotton, polyester cotton and their blended textiles with disperse, active vat dyes, etc.



Open-width reduction soaping range

The range is applicable to the post-dyeing and printing treatments of cotton, linen and blended fabrics. It achieves color developing and eliminates color floating and impurities and meanwhile is applicable to the direct dyeing of cotton, linen and their blended fabrics with vat dyes, reactive dyes, sulphur dyes and direct dyes and the steaming, developing and soaping processes
