Other forms of fibers, such as slivers, hank, soft cheese, bulk fiber, cakes (viscose), nylon zipper, ticking buckle tape, warp yarn can also be treated after the displacement of dyeing carriers.



MAIN STRUCTURE : 

The machine is mainly composed of host tank, dye carrier, circulation system of liquor, reversing device, heat exchanger, warm up auxiliary tank, addition system. 



Purpose :

The machine is used at height temperature for dyeing or pretreatment and after-treatment of package yarns made of polyester and blended fibers. It can also be used at normal temperature for dyeing and pretreatment and after-treatment of package yarns made of
cotton, hemp, acrylic, wool.

- Temperature rise efficiency : An average of 2 C /min ~ 3 C/min (0.7 MPa saturated steam)
