Features :

1 Dispenser and nozzle

There are 18 dispensers and two nozzles with each of them. the velocity of flow
is controlled by computer with 3 states. the weighing system is universally
acknowledged-having a scale range of 0.1 g to 60 kg

2 Thickener scaling device

The feeder can automatically supply a max. special motor pump for feeding of
high viscosity, the thickener from the nozzles is controlled accurately

3 Pipe line for thickener

Anti-rust chemical, bucket is supplied. automatic sensing device for level and
gear pump for feeding of high viscosity is equipped. the pipe lines are equipped
for supplying, circulation

4 Auto mixing

Bucket and impeller is rotating simultaneously. automatic sensing device for
level is adopted. even mixing by specially designed impeller and a scraper.
mixing and washing is done at the same time.

5 Controlling unit

The unit consists of industry-controlling computer. attached with the keyboard.
having the function of accurate control of the manufacturing costs. and enable
you to manage files and production orders up to 500 orders.
