Model : HM-6 - Speedmatic Mixer


This machine is used as the first passage in the drawing process or as the color mixing gill in the dyeing process for obtaining a good mixing effect of fibers of the same or different kinds.



Main draft zone

Main draft zone includes two screw gill heads, in which 20 slivers can be doubled into one sliver. The fleeces which are delivered from the first draft zone of the two gill heads are piled up each other and are drafted again in the second draft zone to obtain better blending effect. This machine can secure efficiency twice as much as the conventional gill.



Small draft zone

The second draft zone is reasonably designed with upper inclined degree favorable to the best final draft and coiling. There are three kinds of draft versions as follows.



A disk oilier system is adopted

This oiling device sprays oil by centrifugal force generated by the disk which rotates at a high speed, so that the oil is uniformly atomized to be sprayed evenly onto the fleece on the calendar table enabling and ideal oiling of the fibers.



Pneumatic cleaning device

Two individual filter boxes are constructed in this machine. One is for the first drafting zone and the other is for the second drafting zone, so that better pneumatic cleaning effect is obtained by this individual suction system.
