Features:

New materials and perfect configuration ensure the running parts workding
reliably at high temperature and high speed without further greasing,thus
keeping fabrics from being contaminated.Chamber temperature is automatically
controlled respectively.

Digetal display for running speed,working temperature,overfeed,width regulation
and air circulation is provided.

Pneumatic fabric centering unit is employed in the infeed section.

A.C. drives and multiple frequency conversion keep the upper and lower
overfeeding/pinning on and delivering synchronized with the main drive.

Motors are directly connected with fans in the air circulation system and are
controlled through A.C. frequency conversion.

The fabric running is the infeed and delivery sections is inspected and
monitored from a bridge instrument and a TV set respectively.

Good cooling results are gained since the fabric is delivered through one
air-cooling section and two jacket cooling drums.

Effective sealing and insulation is realized due to the use of excellent
heatproof materials.

Padding and heat-setting ranges can be combined with this stenter and pad
mangles on users request.
