This range if used for desizing, scouring and bleaching the fabrics of cotton,
hemp and their blends. The whiteness and wool-handling is enhanced, thus the quality of the fabric and meet the requirement of the follow processes.



Main feature :

To use the building block style structure, use appropriate technical flow for different kinds of
fabrics. High liquid supply system can increase liquid quantity, it can make the fabric suck the chemicals equably and fully.



The upper guide roller of combination steamer are adjusted by frequency conversion
servo-transmission. The tension of fabric can be controlled, it can reduce the probability of
crinkling. The effect if very good for high-density poplin.



Enough heat to achieve the fabrics effect of chemical reaction upon heating after double folded.



This structure makes the saturated steam easy to reach, the fabrics temperature and humidity will be kept, which effects the consistency of the scouring&bleaching.
