ECO-NEO - Dyeing Machine


ECO-NEO, the new electric control system developed to increase operators productivity and high touch, has now been introduced into the market after co-developing with the customers and the experiment tests in order to focus on low energy consumption and be more environmental friendly dyeing. 



ECO-NEO automatically determines the best shade parameter settings for desired colors according to the kinds of fabrics to increase operators efficiency and high touch. 



The main theme of ECO-NEO is to "PRACTICE EVERY RETRENCHMENT," and ECO-NEO has dramatically reduced water consumption, chemical usage and operation time, therefore, ECO-NEO is the unique dyeing machine suitable for eco-friendly dyeing process. 



* Stock solution diluting device 

provides an excellent dyeing reproducibility and reduce operation time remarkably (in case of cotton reactive dyeing process: 6.0 hour/1cycle → 4.5 hour/1cycle). 



* Lowest liquid ratio rinsing device 

reduces water consumption and operation time by applying the new proportional controlled washing technology, which only needs small amount of water compare with the conventional washing method (Total amount of water consumption 30~55 ℓ/fabric). 



* Temperature controlled rinsing device 

saves water and reduces wastewater (30 ~ 50 %). 



* Lowest liquid ratio dyeing 

can maximize productivity up to 200kg ~ 250 kg per port at the minimum cost (dye stuffs, chemicals, time, water, steam and electricity) under ultra-low liquid ratio dyeing (1:4.5). 



* Dual soft flow nozzle 

generates the minimum nozzle pressure (0.3~0.7 kg ) to provide high dye ability and fast dyeing solution circulating ability, which results in firm leveling and superior fabric quality. After passing dual nozzle, the fabric and water are separated by slit plate to generate soft fabric loading, transporting and natural water flow.
