Model : D-2223 - Centrifugal Extractor


D-2223 centrifugal extractor is specially designed for extracting at high performance with minimum consumption of energy and time.

All the materials used in the production of the machine provide the strong and reliable construction of D-2222. The parts contacting directly with extracted garments, are manufactured of "316L" quality stainless steel of thickness of 8mm. Strong resistance to rusting, all kinds of harmful movement, water and humidity is gained by the usage of best quality material in every part of machine, produced by stainless steel. The motor of rotating inner drum of the extractor, is mounted on the center of the machine, so that, when the machine rotates at speed of 1000 r.p.m, it does not cause neither noise nor shake.

This extractor, since the moment when it starts working, raises its speed slowly and automatically from 10 r.p.m. to 1000 r.p.m. due to its electronic
invertors, so that it keeps the consumption of energy at the minimum level.

D-2223 operates at the desired speed at the range of speed of 10-1000 r.p.m. due to its special motor of 22 Kw and its
invertors. Moreover, it has a capacity of extracting efficiently 250 Kg of wet garment in 10 minutes. Beside this, it stops due to its electronic brake and opens its door automatically. The electronic command panel located on the machine serves to adjust the time of extraction and stopping.

In this machine, there exist 2 drums of 3 partitions for loading the garments, to work comfortably and with high capacity. Beside this, the loading and unloading of garments are automatically made with a winch.
