SCOUT - Fabric Dyeing Machinery

The SCOUT® modular machine concept is combining excellent washing and bleaching
results with high productivity and lowest water, energy and chemical
consumption.

Its strength is the universal application ranging from sensitive knitted
fabrics including high LYCRA®-contents and rolling edges, to woven and pile
materials with or without LYCRA®.



The modular design of the SCOUT® allows the combination of various components
for different purposes to realize the optimal configuration for customer
specific needs.

The fields of application for the SCOUT® cover a great variety. Originally
designed for the wet finishing of sensitive knitted fabrics, the fields of
application have been extended to all kinds of continuous washing and bleaching
processes for various fabrics (knit and woven).

All ranges are equipped with state-of the-art dosing-stations, filters,
pumps, drives and sensors. These components are controlled by an effective and
easy-to-handle control system in connection with a comfortable visualization.
This guarantees a fully automatic operation as well as perfect reproducibility
of all production processes and recipes.
