dyeing process to a new level, achieving more uniform color and simple operation
without production consumption.

Application:suitable for yarn dyeing and drying process of
97tex(6s)~18tex(32s)pure cotton and chemical fiber /cotton blended fiber,
especially for jeans yarn.

Process flow:feed > threading padder > scouring(one immersion and one
padding) >front washing(two immersion and two padding) > dyeing
oxidization(eight immersion and eight padding) > rear washing(four immersion
and four padding) >  three drying cylinders > doffing
