Surface Finishing By Means Of Fabric Polishing Machine

Features of the machine are as below

- 5-35 m/mm. Working Speed.

- Emery roller width 2000-2400 mm (Optional).

- A special breaking system which controls the fabric tension

between the entry and outlet of the emery group.

- Touch screen display control.

- Emery rollers motor powers 5.5 kw.

- Automatic sanjir movement (in 5 emery rollers).

- Electrically controlled optical sewing control system on the entry. (In this
system, when the sewing comes in front of the first roller, the pneumatic piston
rises up and separate the fabric from roller. (For not to tear off the sewing)
When the sewing pass through the roller, piston goes back to old place. Second
piston rises up and when the sewing pass the second roller, it goes back as same
as first roller. This system goes like this until fifth roller. There is a PLC
for the control of these movements. - Pressure adjustment levers on the emery
rollers (Scale on these levers).

- Big roller diameter (So high capacity).

- Compansator between draft and swing rollers.

- Sucking fan and dust gather unit for the fibres which

consists while sueding.

- Easy changeable nylon sacks under the filters. These sacks

can change practically with the new one. Full sacks throws

into the garbage.

- Plaiter on exit (Standard).

- Batch winder on exit (Optional).
