The main of the fabric finishing is to increase the suitable quality of the fabric, and during this process the fabric must not be declined in quality and must not be deformed. But in real the fabric loses its resistance. This occurs at the time sueding process.

No harmful effect is seen on fabric with MELISA, Because by the help of high-speed cycled Brush Sueding Rollers, no extra pressure is given to the fabric. Also, all the effects that are given by the former type of the sueding machines, are given with higher quality by
MELISA.

MELISA is composed of four variable speeds Brush Sueding Rollers which are made of carbon and fiber alloy.

Constant fabric strength and the special rotating brushes which touches the fabric with adjustable pressure make MELISA different from former sueding systems, so high quality and the desired effects are taken.

MELISA gives high productivity by the help of synchronized working between fabric feeding speed and brushes.

The strength of the fabric is provided by a special breaking unit ProBrake Strength-System (PATENTED). In order to make sensitive adjustment, this unit is placed between pulling and breaking cylinders.

The Brushes are long life (Carbon and fiber alloy material).

By the help of feeding roller the fabric goes in to the machine with constant strength as adjusted all the time. This property guarantees the same effect is given to the fabric during the process. 

There is no need to change or service anything as sand papered machines need. Consequently, important amount of time is saved.

By the help of sewing point sensor, sewing passes without breaking. Sucking collectors which are placed under each brush separately provides good cleanliness.

After the exit of the fabric from sueding cabin, it passes through Brush and Dust Sucking Unit for safety. Here, the fabric is brushed by soft brushes for possible dusts left on fabric. Strong sucking fan sends the dust to the sucking points. By this way excellent cleanliness is obtained.
