Specification of Mercerizing Range:

- Width of rollers, dwell time of fabric on mercerizing-and stabilizations zones are depending on properties of fabric and required capacity. 

- 3 expander rollers provide to expend of fabric before entering to mercerizing zone. The position of each expander rollers can be adjusted
separately as fabric. 

- The mercerizing and stabisations zones have been manufactured normal or stainless steel as customers demand. 

- Hot - or cold mercerizing as customers demand. 

- The machine has been driven by A.C. motors. Speed and tension of fabric can be adjusted by inverters and PLC. 

- 12 tons pad-mangles consist of steel and covered by polyuretan rollers. 

- The adjusting system of caustics density provide equal density from beginning to end of process. 

- The rotary filter with its easy and maintain free construction provides to clean of caustics
liquor.
