Short Liquor Ratio Piece Dyeing Machine

form or open in full widths with weihts from 50 to 1200 gr./m. and in widths
beetween 150 to 400 cm.

Material speed is 60-400 m./minute , continuously adjustable , and the actual
material speed is indicate.

Loading capacity of maximum 180 kg. per standard chamber is provided.

Automatic seam tracing device is provided.

Heating capacity is 850.000 k.cal/hour , and maximum heating-up rate is
6°C/minute at 6 bar saturated steam.

Cooling capacity is 400.000 k.cal/hour , and maximum cooling , down rate is 4°C
/minute at cooling water of 20°C.

Wide filter surface and the special construction of the filter prevents
blockage.

Liquor ratio is very low minimum liquor ratio 1/5.
