Freelax P93-ST 

Tubular or open-width knitted fabrics are dried tension-free with the new FREELAX P92L and FREELAX P93-ST, conferring such characteristics as:

The dryer has high evaporation levels and elevated production capacity, as well as a very effective shrinking action and, simultaneously, a very intense relaxation process, all provided by just one machine. 



Therefore, it constitutes a complete treatment system, with principal technical features as follows: 

* A sophisticated softening ability provided by a special hot air jet device that gives the fabric a tumbler effect through the characteristic sinusoidal wave that
favors shrinking and relaxation of the fabric and eliminates creases.

* Intense mechanical vibration with integrable tumbler effect and steaming for improved residual shrinking and volume of the fabrics. 

* High drying capacity and, at the same time, a limited space requirement, made possible by intense circulation of hot air and high speed air-flow. 

* Extremely uniform distribution of temperature in the drying area thanks to a very efficient air-heat circuit. 

* Tension-free output thanks to the conveyor that collects the fabric as it exits the machine and transports it to the folding machine.
