Model ZME505 Shearing Machine

Application: Model ZME505 shearing machine is mainly used for surface shearing
of velvet , towel , plush, also used for surface shearing of woolen and worsted
fabrics and cotton fabrics.



Feature:

1 Controlled by man-machine conversation and PLC , the speed of shearing
cylinder and fabric are fabric are adjusted by inverters

2 Adopted the replacing cutting table , which is a new design to effect the
optimal control between shearing blade and cutting table for different fabric

3 The shearing cylinder lift up by pneumatic to facilitate the maintenance of
shearing blade

4 Adopted seam detector , when it detects seam , the machine will electric alarm
, and the shearing cylinder lift up by pneumatic ,button control

5 Lubrication of shearing cylinder is automatic (optional)

6 The brushing roller can cover card cloth or bristles to brushing the surface
of different kind of fabrics
