Bale Breaker
The bale breaker serves as a preliminary opening machine for long staple fibers, dyed cakes, bleached cakes, as well as for washed and unwashed wool.
It is mostly used in blending works, dye mills or wool washing factories.
Fiber supply is been carried out by an extended feed table in front of the machine. The
fiber bale is opened in the machine by an opening and a fine opening roller.
The opening degree as well as the production capacity are determined by the gap between these two rollers. The distance can be adjusted by a gear motor during operation. Adjustment
its restricted by a limit switch to the top and the bottom.
The fiber material gets the first preopening by the breaker roller, - is taken upwards and gets a second opening by the fine opening roller. The surplus of
fiber that has been taken upwards is thrown back to the opening process by the upper stripper roller.
The well opened fiber material passes between breaker and fine opener roller and is stripped off by the back
stripping roller onto a conveyor belt. The transport to the next opening step can be executed either by another conveyor belt or pneumatically by fan.

Extended feed table: Galvanised tubes. Horizontal, Inclined or with bale lifting device.
