MS-ECOVAPOR - After Printing Steam Agers

MS-ECOVAPOR is the result of a close investigation carried out by MS with
the aim to eliminate, or better, reduce drastically UREA in printing pastes.
Research and the solutions have brought to the formation of real saturated steam
in the steaming chamber allowing the fixing without UREA on almost all the
fibres and avoiding the so complicate two-phase printing systems.

Formation and control of saturated steam quality is the basic principle to
achieve the fixing quality of colours on fibres such as silk, wool, cotton,
linen, viscose, lycra, etc.



Our study dedicated to obtain this peculiarity has given excellent results and
in many cases, we achieved the possibility to eliminate those products used to
stopgap critical conditions of humidity in the steam chambers.

MS-ECOVAPOR steam agers with registered steam formation, are suitable to
eliminate or anyway to reduce drastically ammonia nitrogen from exhaust
emissions. When UREA is required the result gives anyway a significant
improvement of colour yield.



MS-COMPACT is a very compact steam ager designed in two models, with limited
steam consumption , which are suitable to small-medium printing mills producing
top quality printings and for medium-big companies used as sampling machine.
Despite its compactness, it is anyway a saturated steam or superheated steam up
to 180 C. The steam flowing and the water injection system grant stable ideal
conditions during saturated steam treatments, while the use of diathermic oil
heat exchangers, togheter with the steam flowing system can work with
superheated steam.

The control of thermic parameters is granted by a steam flow measuring system
integrated with automatic valves, while all other functions are controlled by
the main electric / electronic panel.

Steam Agers of the MS-PRODUCER series have been studied to satisfy production
