Model : CR-1000 - High-Speed Rapier Loom


CR-1000 is designed and developed on the basis of up-to-date rapier loom technology. It features Dobby device, macro-Jacquard device, auto-compensable electronic rolling and warp-feeding devices, and micro-computer control system. It has a broad application spectrum, from normal fabrics to fabrics of high
density, high yarn-count, variable weft density, worsted pattern, etc. The warp feeding and rolling devices are electronic controlled, capable of individual or synchronous motion and auto-compensation, which ensures stability of warp thread tension during warp feeding. Weft density can be changed in the range 3-80
wefts/cm simply by rotate hand wheel of weft density adjuster connected with the
warp feeding and rolling devices. The weft selection is mechanical or electronic
(optional) controlled, suitable for mono-colored or multi-colored (up to 8
colors) fabrics. The control system coordinates the warp feeding, rolling, weft
control and other functions. It features LED display panel (GB character),
programmable process parameters setting, auto-diagnostic, etc. Cr-1000 is
equipped with modern shedding devices, both Dobby and Jacquard to satisfy all
weaving needs.
